Dove Grey is a very popular colour for many reasons; grey has been the most popular colour choice for customer's interior home design as well as exterior home design. Grey matches well with many different garden features for a modern and sophisticated looking landscape.
This range of block paving is available in mixed sizes: 150 x 150, 150 x 200, 150 x 250. The depth is 50mm.
Dove Grey Block Paving for Your Garden
Our Limestone Block Paving makes for a great, low maintenance garden patio, especially if you're looking to add a small garden patio. Limestone is a semi-permeable paving and ia fairly soft in nature, this means the colour and the finish can vary. Customers like this because it creates a natural garden patio that doesn't look too 'clinical'.
As well as using Block Paving as a small garden patio, many people use this for pathways in their garden and around their house. Due to the small sizes of these paving slabs, they make the perfect addition to your garden where a path is required. Being a heavy-duty 50mm in thickness, these paving stones can withstand heavy footfall.
Grey Limestone Block Paving for Your Driveway
With Paving becoming more and more popular in people's back gardens and front gardens, people are also wanting to have a paved area at the front of their house for their cars to go on. Many paving ranges aren't thick enough to withstand cars driving and parking on them, but these Block Paving stones are perfect for driveways.
Most Paver slabs measure around 16-22mm in thickness, and don't have the strength to withstand traffic. Block Paving, although being a natural stone product, is suitable for driveways due to their 50mm depth. Usually, customers are limited to only manufactured, Porcelain Paving for their driveway, which is much more costly. Using Limestone Block Paving is an affordable option, as well as one that will allow better drainage in rainy weather.

What is the Difference between Block Paving and Cobble Setts?
When you look at Block Paving and Cobble Setts laid, these two products can look very similar, and one would think they possess similar qualities, while they have similar attributes, they are, in fact, very different.
Our Cobble Setts are available as Limestone, Sandstone and Granite stone, and will come with the same colour and finish variations as Limestone Block Paving. Being naturally-sourced stone, it also makes the slabs more porous than the likes of Porcelain Block Paving. In this sense, they are very similar.
However, Cobble Setts are only available at a depth of 22mm, and as mentioned above, this thickness wouldn't be suitable for driveways. This makes the Block Paving option more attractive because it has another use to what Cobble Setts can be used as.
Other uses of both Cobble Setts and Block Paving are similar; they are both quite commonly used to create small garden patios or pathways. They both also have matching paving so are really versatile when it comes to creating a seamless outdoor space.
In terms of their look, you might be able to notice that our Cobble Setts have more of a soft, round finish to the edges of the paving setts, whereas Block Paving is much more uniform. Both ranges are available as hand cut or calibrated. Even the calibrated range of Cobble Setts will have rounder edges; this creates that cobbled courtyard look which is very popular for period properties. Contrasting to that, Block Paving consists of a more uniform look, as the paving stones are more regimented in the way they are cut.
In conclusion, the main differences between Cobble Setts and Block Paving are their uses; Block Paving can be used as a driveway option, and Cobble Setts can't. The look also comes into it as well; Cobble Setts have the added benefit of creating a cobbled patio which looks great in commercial cafe settings and gardens.
