Delivery Do's & Don'ts
| DO keep the access clear - at least 3 metres is required for delivery. Our lorries are roughly the size of a dustbin lorry. |
| DON'T forget about drain covers - these are not strong enough to take the weight of our vehicles. Please highlight these or cone them off. |
| DO consider the safest place for us to place your delivery - not what will save time. |
| DON'T put Jumbo Bags under trees or any electrical cables. |
| DO remember - we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by our vehicles once they are off the public highway. |
| National deliveries will be made on a tail lift lorry with pallet forks. The pallet can be placed at the nearest possible point within the property. Pallet forks cannot be pushed over gravel. For more information on national deliveries, please click here. |
