Power washing is effective, but ensure you hold the lance at a 90-degree angle and maintain at least 300mm distance to avoid disturbing the aggregates.

Oil spills, particularly from lubricants or fuel, can quickly seep into the surface. Clean spills immediately using an absorbent material to prevent staining. For tougher stains, use an emulsifying degreaser. Avoid extended use of harsh solvents, and for stubborn stains, consult VUBA for further advice.

A permeable membrane beneath the resin inhibits weed growth from below, but surface weeds may still appear. These can be removed with a jet wash.
