Composite Prime HD Dual Deck
Created and manufactured right here in the UK, Composite Prime is a rapidly booming composite company in the UK that develop a varied collection of Composite Garden Decking, Composite Fencing and Composite Cladding that have been created to be used in both domestic and commercial areas.
The innovative and unique design of these decking boards has led to them being a popular option for Stone Zone customers. The Composite Prime HD Dual collection is especially favoured by our customers due to the dual sides of the boards. Both sides, although two different colours give a wood-grain effect that perfectly replicated the look of natural wood decking boards, making them perfect for those who want realistic boards without the upkeep. This intuitive design not only looks good but results in less work for you.
Composite Decking is composed of recycled plastics and FSC Certified wood flour which is sourced sustainably, leading to these boards being the more eco-friendly garden decking choice. The use of recycled materials ensures that Composite Prime are not contributing to deforestation as no new trees are cut down to create these boards. This also means these decking boards and sturdier and hardier when compared with natural timber decking.
As indicated in the name, these decking boards are dual-sided with 2 different shades. One side is an 'Oak' colour which is a beautiful light brown shade, ideal for creating a rich and natural look in your garden. On the opposing is a 'Walnut' shade which is a slightly darker shade of brown, that would work perfectly with wooden furniture or ones with darker colours. The beauty of these shades is that they look attractive no matter the season.
Many of our customers have chosen to go with Composite Decking rather than traditional wood decking because the composite decking boards have many more positive attributes such as being far more durable, hardier, easier to maintain and less damaging to the environment, amongst others. There are four different available colours with the Composite Prime HD Dual Deck range; the Antique/Carbon option and the Walnut/Oak option which encompasses two different shades of brown decking.

Why Choose Composite Prime Decking?
As mentioned above, our Composite Prime Decking was developed using recycled materials, but to be more specific, roughly 280 plastic bottles get used per 1 square meter of this decking. That is a staggering amount of recycled plastic that is being reused for one garden project alone! These unique decking boards are derived from FSC-approved wood flour and recycled plastic, meaning you will not be adding to your carbon footprint when you purchase these boards. As a result of the make-up of these boards, they will not have any splinters nor will they warp or bend like natural timber decking.
HD Deck Dual has created a truly one-of-a-kind decking board with its unique 'capped' design which is useful for creating a protective barrier on the ends of the boards. This in turn offers additional protection from discolouration and increases ins life expectancy.
What our customers find useful about the two colours that are available with these dual-sided boards are the variety and options it gives you to have when installing your decking boards; some people have used the reverse colour for a nice contrasting border around the edges of the decking for a completely unique look.
The 25-year guarantee that Composite prime offer you with their HD Dual range will give you complete peace of mind that your new garden deck will pretty much last you a lifetime, and look great the entire time too!

HD Dual Deck for Your Garden
Many people consider a garden deck for a wide variety of reasons; one being that enables you to establish a large open space for people to get together for garden parties and el-fresco dining, which have been increasing in popularity over the past years. Your Deck can be as big as you choose it to be, so can suit a small garden or a larger garden.
Even if you're just considering using your new deck as somewhere to enjoy some al fresco dining with your family, it's a great way of making the most of your outdoor space on a flat surface that is completely non-slip and looks great all year round.
When considering where to install your garden decking, we would recommend an open space that is free of any overhanging trees that will constantly be shedding leaves over your garden. Your landscaper would also need to install the decking at a slight angle, to allow for free drainage in the rain and the prevention of standing water.
Our Composite Decking is so low maintenance also means that you can enjoy this decking without it being a burden and a constant garden project up-keeping it. Just ensure that leaves and debris are regularly swept off the surface.
