The Stone Zone’s Jumbo Bag Away & Grab Away Service has been specifically designed to provide a quick and stress-free waste disposal method for big and small garden projects.

Stone Zone has 2 different waste disposal services, the ‘Jumbo Bag Away’ and the ‘Grab Away Service’.

Jumbo Bag Away Service

The Jumbo Bag Away Service is what we think is ideal for smaller, domestic projects. It is a waste disposal option that will save you a trip to the tip and is by far the more economic version. If you are renovating your house or redesigning your garden, our service ensures that you will not have to worry about cleaning up any accumulated waste. Our service is available all throughout the year, with your permission, we can collect the waste even when you're not present as long as you place the jumbo bags in an accessible place.

So, what is a Jumbo Bag? Our Jumbo Bags are strong and durable bags that can hold up to 1 tonne of debris. They can be purchased online here or at our Bournemouth, Ferndown or Dorchester stores.

Follow our step-by-step guide to fully understand how the Bag Away Service works.

Step 1: Purchase a Jumbo Bag. You must purchase the bag BEFORE you order a Bag Away

Step 2: Fill your Jumbo Bag. With its 1-tonne capacity, the bags can hold a large amount of debris, but analyse your garden waste carefully and make sure to purchase the correct number of bags.

Step 3: Choose your Waste Category. We collect Green Waste, Inert/Hardcore Waste, Plasterboard and other materials such as Clay or Chalk and general waste.

Step 4: Await Collection. Once all your bags have been filled, place them at an easy-to-reach spot and we will collect and dispose of them for you. And that’s the job done!

Keep in mind, you do not HAVE to purchase a bag separately to book a Bag Away. If you have ordered from us before and possess one or more of our Jumbo Bags already, you can fill those bags with your waste and will be more than happy to collect them from you. Not only will this save you some costs, it also means less plastic will be used and is therefore much better for the environment.

Muck Away Service

The Muck Away Service is the service you should choose if you have a large amount of waste to dispose of. We can dispose of waste weighing between 5 – 15 tonnes and are therefore ideal for larger garden or commercial projects.

With this service, we are able to collect large amounts of soil, sand, hardcore, tarmac and brick rubble.

Unlike the Bag Away Service which you can order directly from our website, the Muck Away Service is under ‘Enquiry Only’. This means that you will be asked to provide as much information as you can on the Enquiry Form after which one of our Customer Service Advisors will contact you for further information and confirmation of collection. Alternatively, you can contact us over the phone directly at 01202 874207  and order a Muck Away Service that way. In fact, by phoning in you will be saving more time and effort as you won’t have to go through the whole enquiry form process.
