Jurassic Crema Porcelain Paving
Here at Stone Zone, we take great pride in being able to improve and enlarge our best-selling Porcelain Paving range, and therefore we are delighted to be able to add the shiny new Jurassic Porcelain Paving collection to our range. The Jurassic Porcelain Paving contains all the modern features that the rest of our Porcelain Paving do; they are hardwearing, long-lasting and have a skid rating of R11, making them usable in both commercial and domestic settings.
The Jurassic Porcelain Paving collection boasts 5 innovative designs that have taken inspiration from the colours and textures of Natural Stone Paving. The other colours in this collection are Jurassic Scuro, Jurassic Grigio, Jurassic Azure and Jurassic Quartzite. This fantastic and varied range contains beige paving slabs, grey paving slabs and black paving slabs.
As the name suggests, this collection has been heavily influenced by the Jurassic Coast in Dorset, with the garden slabs being designed based on the natural stones and rockery that were present in the Jurassic era. This means that the Jurassic patio slabs have been developed to look similar to sedimentary stones such as Sandstone and metamorphic stones, i.e., marble. You will notice when you look closely at the paving slabs that they are not just one, solitary colour, these slabs have markings and colour variations that gives them a unique blend of modern and natural.
We take great pride in the Porcelain Paving slabs we supply and take great care to ensure they are of the best quality. These porcelain patio slabs are developed by mixing Quartz, pure Clay and other natural minerals and then get heard to 1400 degrees Celsius. All this is done to ensure each tile has durability and longevity.

When deciding between Sandstone, Limestone and Porcelain Paving, there are certain features and criteria you need to be aware of when thinking about what would be the best for your garden and lifestyle. To begin with, Porcelain Paving is a man-made product developed in factories. These garden paving slabs are created from the ground up meaning the developers have full control of their patterns and designs. As we have mentioned previously, our Porcelain paving slabs are made up of a mixture of sought-after minerals such as pure Clay and Quartz, resulting in a sturdy, aesthetically pleasing garden feature. Alongside the visual features of Porcelain Paving, during production, each slab is blasted to 1400 degrees Celsius heat and then put under huge amounts of pressure. All these steps are necessary to guarantee strength and hardiness and also ensure that the paving slabs will not show signs of wear and tear and will not easily get destroyed - even with heavy foot traffic. On the other hand, Sandstone and Limestone Paving slabs are naturally occurring stones occurring in stone formations that date back millions of years. These stones are found in Indian stone quarries in large chunks which are then cut to size. Natural Indian Stones enable you to create an authentic and rustic garden patio that contains naturally occurring patterns that can never be replicated, therefore giving you unique paving. These pavers are a great choice for older properties or gardens that want a more antiquated look. When it comes to strength and longevity, Sandstone is not quite as effective as Porcelain Paving. As a result of these natural stones being cut from larger stone pieces, they are far more brittle and prone to cracks when being installed and overall aren't as stable as Porcelain. Natural stone slabs are also not UV stable, which means they will discolour as time passes. Finally, it is important to note one of the biggest differences between these two paving materials is their level of maintenance. Porcelain Paving needs priming when being laid, but does not need sealing. All you need to do to ensure your Porcelain's longevity is to sweep it fairly regularly and jet wash it every 6 months. However, with Sandstone and Limestone, regular sealing is needed to ensure the vibrancy of the paving slabs; but please keep in mind that the colour will still change to lighter shades as the years go by, even with regular sealing.
