Azpects EasySeal Porcelain Sealer has been created alongside Landscapers to make a formula that offers long-lasting protection to help Porcelain Paving slabs looking their best.

Porcelain Paving is a huge investment, so look after it with this professional-grade Sealer. This works by creating an invisible layer on your porcelain tiles which repels water, oil, grease and grime. This is also strong enough to resist the growth of algae and moss. This is nice and easy to apply with a paint pad or brush, and usually only needs one layer.

For those of you who enjoy al fresco dining on their beautiful porcelain patio, this sealer is ideal for you. Whether its evening drinks or day time eating you use your patio for, you can rest assured that this sealer will repel any form of oils, including cooking oils. Grease from BBQ food and any sort of liquids should also be safe if spilled onto your porcelain patio slabs.

Resists algae and fungal growth

This makes our Porcelain Sealer especially appealing if you live in a wooded area that is prone to a lot of moss and algae; as it will resist the growth of this. It's also great over autumn and winter, when we aren't able to get out in the garden to clean our patios, you can rest easy that it will be protected from the cold, wet elements during this time. 

Keeps joints clean

Ensure you use this straight after porcelain has been laid if you want the best protection on your Porcelain Paving, as well as the joints between your paving tiles. No one likes the look of dirty or worn-away joints, and this sealer will help to protect them, meaning they will lst longer and look good for longer. 

How to Apply EasySeal Porcelain Sealer

1. Firstly, ensure that your Porcelain Paving slabs, and jointing compound, is clean and dry before applying. Use a stiff brush to sweep away any excess debris or leaves. 
2. Shake the Porcelain Sealer well before you begin using. This is ready to use, so doesn't require any mixing. Ensure you have your paint pad, roller or garden sprayer ready to start applying.
3. Apply an even coat with a brush, roller, or garden sprayer. Once evenly distributed sweep away any excess so that it doesn’t pool. Please remember that the amount of sealant you need may depend on how porous your paving slabs are.
4. Wait for the product to dry completely for best results. Please note that water repellence and stain resistance may take up to 7 days for best results, once it has had time to thoroughly dry.
