Infestations of Lichen, otherwise known as Black or White spot, is one of the most tricky challenges in the landscape industry, and is one that can be very common amongst garden paving. This high performance treatment is formulated and proven to remove this unattractive and stubborn problem which regular paving cleaners and pressure washing are unable to do.

This has been especially developed with garden paving in mind, and is suitable for all paving types, including Porcelain Paving, Sandstone Paving, Slate Paving and Granite Paving. Black Spot Remover works by killing these spores and making removal easy with a jet washer. As a by-product you'll find that your paving area will be cleaned, revived and invigorated.

How to Use Black Spot Remover

Using this clever formula is nice and easy and just requires something to apply the black spot remover with and then something to rinse it away such as a hose pipe and jet washer. The Azpects Black Spot remover is best applied to clean paving slabs that are dry or damp, but never wet. Try and plan to use this on a day that is meant to stay dry over night. If it starts raining once you've applied the Black Spot Remover, it will affect the efficiency of this product.

1. Start by ensuring your garden patio area is clear of any debris, stones and dust by sweeping this thoroughly and ideally moving any important garden statues or furniture completely out of the way.
2. Fill up a garden sprayer or use a paint roller or paint brush to apply this to your paving slabs. Use a generous amount initially across the affected area.
3. Once you're happy the affected area has been liberally coated with a thick layer, it's time to leave it to work it's magic! Allow at least 8 hours for optimum performance. 
4. After it has been left for a long time to work into your paving, use a stiff-bristled brush to further work in the product to your paving slabs. Then you can use a hose pipe or jet washer to rinse the area with clean water. Pressure washing it is the recommend way of cleaning this off.
5. Viola! Your garden paving should be as good as new!
