Ardesie Multi Porcelain Paving
Are you thinking of designing a garden that is both luxurious and unparalleled in both form and function? Then we think the Ardesie Multi Porcelain Paving is the choice that will elevate your garden to the next level.
The Ardesie Porcelain Paving range has a place of pride within our Premium Paving section for good reason. Developed in Italy and put through a vitrification process, the Ardesie collection has been carefully created to be one of the best.
When considering the aesthetics of garden paving slabs, the Ardesie Multi is considered one that makes the biggest statement within the collection. They consist of an intricate mixture of dark brown, black and grey, creating depth and a unique intensity to your garden. The marmoreal effect created by the three colours creates an effect that is not seen in other porcelain paving slabs.
The Villa Porcelain range that we supply is very durable, created to have the best quality, and has a minimum of R11 skid value, making it non-slip. The entire collection is also able to resist frost, grime, mould and staining, making them ideal for the poolside but also assuring you that they will stay looking fresh for a long time.
Ardesie Multi Porcelain Paving for Your Garden
Ardesie Multi Porcelain Paving is the paving of choice if you are looking to have a garden that will catch everyone's attention. It will become a feature of your garden and make it a joy to entertain guests or even host outdoor dinners.
As the paving consists of darker colours, they tend to look even more mesmerising in daylight. The colours and the finish of these slabs will make your garden look chic and contemporary and look fitting no matter the season.

To ensure that your garden patio is stable and secure and will remain so for the foreseeable future and that you have the best chance to prevent uninvited guests like weeds to sprout through the joints, we would strongly recommend that you hire a professional to lay the porcelain paving. However, if you want to take on this project, we have listed some tips and advice on the best practices when laying paving. Building Sand or Washed Grit are what you need to create a stable and long-lasting base layer that will create the foundation for your paving slabs. To this base, you will need to add Scalpings which creates a further sub-base later for the slabs to lay upon. We are proud to say that we carry some of the best jointing compounds at Stone Zone so you can be confident that no matter which you choose you are in good hands. The ones we carry are Azpects Easy Joint Select and the VillaFix Porcelain Grout. Both the Azpects and the VillaFix jointing are the best quality jointing compounds in the market and are porous. Not only will they make your paving look uniform and crisp, but they will also prevent weed growth from between the joints. Furthermore, depending on what kind of look you are going for in your garden, you can install these pavers directly onto suitable decorative stones, which would enable you to create designs such as stone walkways through your garden. However, if that is not something you need or want, you can just as easily lay them onto a pedestal and easy grid systems instead of directly on the ground. As a result of how Porcelain Paving is developed, you don't have to worry about their longevity as they will last for many years - if they have been properly installed. In the course of the manufacturing process, the paving slabs are blasted to temperatures reaching 1400 degrees in a kiln. This strengthens the pavers and ensures that they are durable and resilient. This strength is not found in natural stone pavers. One aspect that makes Porcelain Paving so desirable amongst customers is that they come in a wide variety of colours and finishes which enables you to find the paving that will fit your home or garden perfectly. This range is not available to natural stones as they are supplied in the same state they are derived in. Due to the Porcelain Paving slabs being manufactured, their colouring is also controlled meaning each slab is identical, helping you create a seamless, organised look.Read More...
